What’s worse than the painting-by-numbers demagoguery are some of the accidental glimpses of the Senator’s world view. For example: “The drug companies, they’re not going to give up their profits easily when it comes to health care.”
Well, gee, how unreasonable of them. But demanding they give up their profits “easily” comes easy to him. Until he wrote his recent bestseller, the concept of “profits” was entirely theoretical to Senator Obama’s life. As his wife put it, the Obamas “left corporate America, which is a lot of what we’re asking young people to do. Don’t go into corporate America.”
It seems like every day the Obamas say something that makes my jaw drop. Obama wants drug companies to give up their profits and Mrs. Obama says, "Don't go into corporate America." Wouldn't you think that people who made these statements were Marxists?

If you read the comments to the LGF post on Maxine Walters you will note that many posters are sympathetic to some extent with Walters. I see in those comments and elsewhere a similar theme arising namely that oil prices are so high because of oil futures traders that are bidding up the price(!!). This is yet another manifestation of the Marxist exploitation theory. Yet here it is being made by conservatives. It really does seem that America is heading for a hard turn towards socialism.
Obama's not a "stealth socialist." He's an out and out Marxist.
Why would Obama be a "stealth" socialist, when being one openly no longer carries any stigma (if any) among Democrats? Even Hillary recently suggested dropping the now hollow term "liberal" for the much more socialism-connoting "progressive".
There's no point in wearing the mask anymore when your real face no longer scares people.
