It was fun. It’s the old Hitchcock plot of a man running from evil who is also pursued by the police. I suspect I would tire of it if I watched regularly. It’s the kind of show in which the absurdities pile up until they reach critical mass and I lose interest. The entire season happens in one 24-hour period? That’s a stretch. SPOILER AHEAD if you didn’t watch the episodes tonight. What did Jack accomplish by executing the assassin of President Palmer? The bad guy was singing like a canary; he would have explained to the authorities that Jack was being framed.
Oh well, we got to see Jack mete out his rough justice.
